Experience: I have worked in the education sector for nearly 10 years, firstly as a SEN Learning Support Assistant in a Secondary School, then as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school and then as a supply teacher. My most recent in-school permanent role was as a class teacher in a local school where, over the course of 5 years I taught in Y5, EYFS, Y1, Y2 and Y4.
I am currently a self-employed tutor of home educated children and run learning groups. I design my own curriculum to make the learning experience immersive and as hands-on as possible.
