I am an experienced primary school teacher offering tuition to students in Early Years to Upper Key stage 2 in Maths, English and Reading.

I have a PGCE in Primary Education and have 5+ years experience teaching in both Mainstream and SEN schools.

During my time working in Mainstream education I have successfully raised the attainment levels of most of my students. With my support many have achieved outstanding progress and excellent outcomes in Reading, Writing, Maths and Phonics.

Within my time in Special Education, I have built up a wide range of teaching strategies to support children with special educational needs, particularly those with Autism.

I understand that every learner is different and tailor my teaching style to suit their needs. I also believe that building confidence is extremely important in achieving success.

I am offering online tutoring via Zoom or any other platform that parents prefer and can support students with homework tasks or areas of Maths and English that they are finding challenging.

I have tutored since 2014 and previously worked in a tutoring centre before deciding to tutor privately. During this time both my students and parents have been pleased with the progress that has been made.

Experience: I have taught in both upper and lower KS2 and have a wealth of experience raising the attainment of children of all abilities. Whilst doing this role, I have also provided tuition to both children and adults, most of which have required support with exams and have wanted to develop their English skills. Having worked in both a special and a mainstream school, I am also able to put the right provisions in place for those learners who are SEN.
