I am a humanities teacher based in Sheffield. I always try to include a variety of activities to help students learn, and my sessions focus on the topics or exam questions that students believe they struggle most with, so that they can get the most out of the sessions.

I am able to drive within 5 miles of my location for sessions, or students are welcome to come to my house for a session, as being in a different environment often helps students focus better.

Availability: I am available for tutoring weekdays and Saturdays for sessions to start between 9am and 5pm.

My sessions are for individual students, but I am also happy to teach multiple students in a group session on request (maximum of 5 to ensure they are getting the attention they need).

Experience: I qualified as a secondary teacher from Sheffield Hallam University in 2017 and have worked in a number of schools since then teaching both KS3 and GCSE humanities, and am currently employed as a geography teacher. My subjects include history, geography, RE, sociology and psychology. I also have experience in teaching exam skills. I have also led intervention and revision sessions for pupils in the past.
