Do you wish to improve results in English, Maths or Science? Look no further! I teach a wide range of abilities so am suitable to tutor children with additional rning needs as well as children who are more able and talented. I have 6 years experience as a primary school teacher and three years experience of secondary school teaching (where I have taught Welsh, Physics, ICT and PE).
Availability: I will be available from next half term on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday evening.
Willing to travel: 10 miles
Experience: I was head of Science and ICT in primary school so have an extensive knowledge on both subjects. I planned and delivered units of work for both Maths and English and assessed both subjects at the end of year 6 against the National Curriculum so have an excellent understanding of what is required at the end of primary school.
For English, I am Catch Up Literacy trained (for reading and spelling) and Big Write trained (for writing).
I have experience of teaching Physics in high school from ages 11 to 18. For Cymraeg Ail Iaith, ICT and PE I have experience of teaching ages 11-16.
