Rachel

Are you anxious due to school closures, worried about the affect the lack of teaching time will have on your results - look no further. My name is Rachel and I am currently a part-time Psychology teacher at Thomas Whitham Sixth Form, Burnley. I have a passion for psychology so I would really love to help you if you are struggling in these areas, or just want that extra boost to get the grade you deserve! I have a lot of previous tutoring experience. For many years, as well as teaching my students, I have provided extra tuition, in order to ensure they achieve the best grades possible. I have also been marking A-level and GCSE exam papers as an examiner for the past 17 years. My up-to-date experience as a teacher and an examiner makes me an ideal tutor for AQA, Edexel, OCR and WJEC, as I am very familiar with the specification requirements and know the standard expected in the exam.

Availability: I am available on Weekends, every evening 7pm onwards and on Wednesday and Thursday throughout the day.

Willing to travel: 10 miles

Experience: I have been teaching for 19 years in school`s across Burnley. In this time, I have taught Psychology at A-level and GCSE, key stage 3 Geography and various subjects at key stage 1 and 2. In this time, I have also been a form tutor.
