Alice (Tutor in London)
Bsc(Hons) Human Genetics The University of Nottingham
Information about Alice
I am a 30 year old recently qualified dental surgeon having studied at Kings College London.
I have a strong background in the biomedical sciences having also graduated from the University of Nottingham obtaining a 2.1 class Bsc Human Genetics.
In the interim I have worked for Oxford University as part of a research group developing vaccines for malaria. I have 2 years’ experience of private tuition which I continue to enjoy.
My approach to tutoring is relaxed and friendly with a determination to succeed. I have found that my previous students have appreciated my ability to explain new concepts in a straight forward manner. They have all managed to improve their grades during our time spent together.
As a result of my experience I am also able to provide advice on UCAS applications and the university application process.
I find tutoring very rewarding and wish to continue my development to eventually tutor dentistry to undergraduates.
