Information about Sharna-kay
I am a passionate teacher of psychology and I love sharing my passion with students.
I will have no more than two tutees per year so that I can fully commit to them as well as the classes I teach at school.
Availability: Online teaching times negotiable. Flexible during the school holidays.

Experience: I am the Head of Psychology at a London School rated outstanding by Ofsted, I am also an experienced examiner. I have an excellent track record of supporting students from U grades to B/C grades - I also know what is necessary to achieve an A*. My students have frequently achieved 100% A*-C over the years.

Early days so far with my daughter, but Sharna-Kay has been very proactive in identifying and assessing issues and devising a plan for the next few months. Greatly appreciate her willingness to keep me updated.

Sharna-Kay is an amazing tutor who is very professional, kind and patient. I feel very lucky to have found her. Sharna keeps me informed about my daughter’s progress and goes above and beyond what I would expect from a tutor, to provide sessions that are uniquely tailored to my daughter who struggles with anxiety and a lack of confidence in the subject. Sharna has been working hard to build her confidence and after only a few weeks I am already noticing a big difference in my daughter’s attitude to the subject and her grades are starting to improve.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sharna. Her experience not just as a teacher but also an examiner means she is really able to help our son hone his knowledge and technique. She has a lovely, reassuring and positive manner that is perfect for when confidence drops or things feel overwhelming for your child.
