I am an economics student currently at University College London (UCL) going into my 3rd year.

From my teaching experience I found that being a student myself was beneficial for the pupils` attainment as they found it easier to relate to someone who was in a similar position not long ago and thus they engaged more.

I achieved an A* in both Further Mathematics and Mathematics (OCR) and an A in both Economics and Physics at A-level. I also achieved 9A*, 1A and an A in Additional Mathematics (FSMQ) at IGCSE. I have incorporated into my lessons the same strategies that helped me to achieve the above grades and to pass all my 11+ exams. These strategies are designed to help manage time efficiently and refine exam technique.

Furthermore I am offering advice on university applications and the TSA Oxford exam, in which I achieved an overall score of 70.4 in section 1 (top ~10% of applicants), for those applying to Oxbridge.

Availability: I am very flexible and am free most evenings during the week and the afternoon at the weekends. If extra tuition is requested outside these times I am more than happy to accommodate you.

Experience: I taught Mathematics and English at Hollymount School in Wimbledon (2015-16) for students about to undertake their 11+ exams. We also moved onto KS3 topics for the brightest students. I enjoyed teaching pupils from a wide range of social backgrounds. I have tutored for approximately 25 hours.
