Geography and Psychology are passions of mine and I love passing that enthusiasm onto others as my teacher did to me! I am a Geography graduate from the University of Edinburgh achieving a First last year, having previously achieved an A* at A-level. My speciality is in Human Geography, however I am also very confident and comfortable teaching Physical Geography too. I have also studied Psychology, Sociology, and French as additional subjects whilst at university and would be happy to tutor these to a lower level. In addition, I am very happy to tutor in study skills such as revision techniques, essay writing skills, group work, and presenting. As well as this, I hope that I can be a general study mentor and source of support during stressful period of high academic demands.

Experience: I`m currently working supporting children in education at college and school 1-1 both in mainstream and foundation courses, and in the past I have helped to conduct workshops in schools and youth groups both in the UK and abroad.

I take on a person-centered approach where I like to take the time to get to know the student, working out how they would best like to study and which activities suit them the most. I believe that it`s important that sessions are led by queries and interests of the student and hope that my approach allows students to feel comfortable to bring up these questions!
