I am a fun, friendly tutor available to teach online!
I am a recent graduate from the University of Cambridge, with a 2.1 degree in Geography. I attained an A* in Maths and Biology A-Levels and an A in Geography A-Level. At GCSE level I attained 8 A*s and 4 As.
I am available to tutor:
- KS1, KS2 and KS3 in all subjects.
- GCSE Maths, Biology, and Geography.
- A Level Geography.
- Tutoring and Mentoring students with Oxbridge Applications.
I have extensive tutoring experience, currently tutoring many students in A - Level Geography, Maths GCSE and Oxbridge applications. I have a passion for these subjects and have enjoyed tutoring them. I also have experience teaching KS3 Maths, English and Science, individually and in group settings. I love seeing my students flourish and enjoy what they are learning, as I really enjoy teaching!
My approach is to be friendly and personable, I want to make sure my students feel comfortable and able to ask any questions they need. At the end of the day, the sessions are for the student`s benefit, so I ensure that I am teaching and they are learning in the way they find the most accessible - whether it be making clear concise notes together, going through hard concepts in detail or making up songs and stories to remember things!!

Harriet has recently started tutoring my daughter for GCSE maths. My daughter really looks forward to the tutor sessions. Harriet is incredibly patient and friendly and has a natural way of explaining very complicated maths in very simple ways. We would highly recommend her.

Everything was fine with this tutor for the first 7 months and then we received an unexpected insouciant message saying she was taking a break from tutoring with a vague estimation of just over a month in duration. She never responded to our communication asking for clarity on when tutoring would resume and we never heard from her again leaving our daughter high and dry and not knowing what was going on. This level of nonchalant unprofessionalism is staggering and I recommend you look for a more reliable tutor.
