Information about Betty
Hello! I am currently studying Chinese and Newcastle University.
I am able to tutor in Mandarin, English
(both language and literature) and 11 plus. I will also be be to teach subjects such as English and maths any age before 11 plus too.
I have experience working with young children between the ages of 2 and 4 as I taught in a kindergarten in chengdu, China in October 2016.
In addition to working with children in China, I also took part in a volunteering programme at my school called SHINE. In this programme I regularly worked with children between the ages of 11-13 of which English was their second language. I helped to both improve their English level and their communication skills, which helped improve their confidence and ease of living in England.
I have also been qualified to act as an anti-bullying online mentor for children of all ages.
Availability: weekdays and weekends
