I have four years of tutoring experience, priding myself on always being able to bring a personalised experience to my students. Who they are as individuals is the basis for my teaching. I consistently see a clear boost in confidence and an overall enthusiasm for learning among my students.

During my secondary school days, I went through tutoring myself. That experience made me realise that I just needed a different way of being shown how to learn. This realisation led me to become deeply engrossed in education. I graduated with First Class Honours from university and still look back at the significant impact that tutoring had on me.

The classroom can be a difficult place for many children to excel, so my focus is on finding a personalised approach for each student. I`m not a traditional teacher, and while I initially thought this might be a disadvantage, it has proven to be quite the opposite. I can relate to my students; I know what it feels like to juggle subjects, personal changes, and interests. I view them as my equals; they are not `lesser than` because they are struggling or want additional help.

I have worked with numerous SEN students. Throughout my secondary school and college days, I volunteered as a Toe By Toe tutor and worked with family members who have special needs. This has always been a strong passion for me.

Weds: Mornings, afternoons (Until 15:00) 15:00 - 16:00, 16:00 - 17:00
Thurs: Mornings, afternoons (Until 15:00) 16:00 - 17:00
Fridays: Anytime

Experience: 4 years experience teaching from Primary school level to Undergraduate degree level. I`m proud to say I`ve seen clear improvement in my students that I have worked with. These students have been from a diverse range of backgrounds, my focus has always been on the individual and their needs.
