I am 38 and hold a masters degree in physics from the University of Manchester.
Availability: Weekday and weekend evenings

Benny started tutoring my son in Maths in 3rd year after a disappointing test result - my son went on to get the highest mark in his class in the 3rd year exam and a 1 in his standard grade prelim. We have high hopes for the actual standard grade exam and Benny`s patient approach and curriculum based tutoring get much of the credit for these improvements!

Benny took my son, who was a failing student, to a comfortable `B` in physics as well as giving him the confidence to tackle his intermediate 2 maths exam and also achieve a `B` where previously he was floundering. Benny is an excellent tutor, has a thorough grasp of the subjects (Nat 5 Maths and Physics). Very friendly, punctual, and a pleasure to have tutoring our son.

There are several parts of the Physics course that my daughter had found confusing at school. Benny has helped her enormously over the last 4 lessons - very calm and clear in his explanations. I think it helps if the student is organised particularly now the Highers are close. For example if they had problems with a topic test then they can go over the relevant sections.
