Hello,

I am a full-time private English tutor with more than ten years of experience getting students into the schools of their choice (including Henrietta Barnet, QE Boys, City of London, St Paul’s, Haberdasher’s and many more), as well as passing their GCSEs and A-Levels. I am a specialist tutor in common entrance exams and English Literature and Language GCSE, although I thrive in helping students prepare for their A-Levels too.

Formerly, I have worked as the Head of Tutoring for a leading London-based tutoring agency and have worked extensively as an education consultant ensuring families feel comfortable with their child`s educational needs.

I am able to work across all GCSE/iGCSE and A-Level exam boards; be it AQA, Edexcel, OCR, CIE or Pre-U. For me, it`s about making the texts accessible; whether one needs to understand power in Animal Farm or debunk Shakespearean language, I use themes and context to ready students for exams.

My most recent degree has been a Masters in Creative Writing, where I spent a semester in Paris writing a novel. My first degree was English and Drama where I attained a 2:1 at Queen Mary University.
