I would love to help you develop your skills and achieve the grades that you want! I am currently studying psychology and Bristol. I studied biology and psychology at A level as well as science GCSEs. In the past, I have voluntarily tutored primary school children through the pandemic. During my A-levels, I volunteered at a junior school. This involved running intervention sessions for year 5 students and helping run lessons. Also, during my second year at University I mentored first-year sociology-psychology students, so have experience working with students of different ages.

In order to get to know what you would like support with it would be great if to begin with you could provide me with a list of areas that you would like to cover. I can then plan the sessions around this and tailor the sessions personally to you. I like students to learn through getting hands-on with the content. Each lesson will begin with a starter that will link to what we learned last week. We will then move onto the main content for this week. This will consist of some teaching and then the student is able to interact with the content and answer some quiz questions. We will end the lesson by having a quick chat about what we will be covering next week and any prep that you need to do (do not worry, I will not overload you).

Experience: I have most recently tutored for Action Tutoring. This involved tutoring primary school maths and English online. While I was a student studying for my A-Levels I volunteered in a Junior School as a teaching assisstant. This involved planning maths and English interventions. During the second year of my degree, I mentored first-year psychology students. I ran sessions based on exam prep, essay writing, and going over the content.
