Information about Jan
I teach Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Electronics and Computer Programming at all levels including ‘A’ and Degree level. I have an Enhanced DBS Certificate. I travel to the students home.
My usual approach is to start with the basics and essentials of the subject and adjust the pace of coverage to the needs of the pupil. I identify the pupils strengths and weaknesses and pay particular attention to the areas that the pupil finds troublesome. As the exams approach the lessons are more focused on the requirements for the specific exam.
Availability: 24/7
Willing to travel: 20 miles
Experience: I have over 25 years teaching and tutoring experience. I am a former teacher at the highly respected Tiffin Boys School in Kingston Upon Thames. Currently I am teaching at a Premier League Football Club Academy in Surrey.
