Hi! My name is Jenny and I am a 4th year medical student studying at the University of Cambridge. I achieved 3 A*s and 1 A at A level in Maths, Further Maths, Chemistry and Biology. At GCSEs I attained 9s in 7 subjects, and 8s in 3 subjects. To study medicine at university I had to complete 2 different entrance exams, which I scored very well in, having come in the top 1% of the country in the UKCAT.
I am very passionate about education and I love to share knowledge with others.
Friends have always come to me to explain concepts to them as not only did I understand the concepts and perform well at school, I also was able to explain in a way that they would easily understand and remember.
Having been pushed to work hard at school, I attained top grades which provided me the opportunity to be accepted into one of the top universities studying in a very competitive degree. I believe this is a crucial time in a young person’s education and their outcomes can have a profound impact on their future. I hope to help other young minds to achieve their full potential which will enable them access to wonderful opportunities for their future. Having been through the new academic system, I understand the challenges that students face during these exam periods and hope to help them overcome this.

Availability: I am available throughout the week morning to evening.

Experience: I have volunteered in school to tutor students in younger year groups that were struggling. I have tutored family and family friends and have helped my same aged peers on many occasions with content that they struggled with. I have been tutoring online with different agencies for the last 3 years while at university for all age groups under 18. I have over 300 hours experience of tutoring. I am capable of teaching in different teaching styles and can adapt my style to suit the needs of the student; additionally I have worked with students over a range of ages, from 11+ up until A levels.
