Information about Rachel
I am an approachable and personable tutor. I ensure I tailor my lessons to the individual student and work with the parents as well to ensure students are making good progress. I try and inject some humour into my sessions as well as having high expectations of the work completed in the sessions and for homework.
I am happy to be flexible on the time and day of sessions as I know having a family myself how things can change week to week.
Availability: Week nights.
Willing to travel: 15 miles
Experience: I have been a teacher since 2004 and a tutor since 2008. I have tutored English to A-level and also for adult learners and Maths to GCSE.
I am also a qualified PE teacher so would be happy to tutor that and some of the sciences.
I am currently teaching at a school in Daventry and will be able to provide references on request.
