I am an examiner and qualified teacher with a PGCE from the University of Oxford and a First-Class honours degree. I aim to equip students with the skills to tackle their studies independently and with confidence.

Availability: - Available for new tutees on a regular weekly basis. I also offer intensive 3-6 session blocks, where lessons are designed to support a student in a specific area, such as exam technique or a particular aspect of the course.

Experience: In the past twelve months multiple A-level and GCSE students have reached and exceeded their target grades - including one A-level tutee who improved by three grades. Additionally, in the past two years, 100% of the students I have tutored for entrance exams have gained places (including the offer of two academic scholarships) at their target secondary schools.

I began tutoring in 2015, am a qualified teacher and have experience working as an examiner marking GCSE and A-level papers in Religious Studies and Philosophy. I received distinction in all my examined assignments in my PGCE and a first with honours in my undergraduate degree.

I have availability for students requiring weekly/bi-weekly tuition. I also offer specifically tailored `booster` sessions, where students block book 4 sessions that focus solely on exam technique - this includes: how to approach different question types, time management and ensuring you are fulfilling marking criteria to secure top grades. I offer tuition in Philosophy and Religious Studies to A-level, English GCSE and for students sitting Entrance Exams.
