I am a highly organised and engaging tutor and I strive to enthuse all my students to reach their goals. I am ambitious that they strive to go the extra mile to reach their targets and overcome any weaknesses with my support. I am educated at a top ranking Russell Group university and with teaching qualifications. I am DBS checked. Students regularly achieve excellent results and achieve offers from top Secondary schools and universities. All students develop in their confidence as well as enjoy the lessons!
Availability: Flexible from Monday to Friday and some availability on Saturdays.

Experience: I have over 10 years of teaching experience in schools and on line and my specialism includes Common Entrance Exams, Primary, KS2 and KS3, GCSE, A Level and IB, Teaching English as a Foreign Language TEFL CELTA and Scolarships. I provide both individual and group classes.

Incredibly skilled and talented tutor. Very experienced and highly capable. Very good at forming rapport and bringing out the best in a young person. Within a few weeks our son had improved in confidence with English literature, English language and French. Instead of drawing his French spoken exam, he strode into it and couldn`t wait to tell us about it when got home. His English and and French tutor noticed a difference within weeks too. Our son is autistic, dyslexic etc. He has struggled to cope with English lit and language, and French speaking, he is ok with exams now. Amanda has also used her experience of the education sectare to support Robert when he has had difficulty days in school so that he can get his head back into learning. We are very lucky to have Amanda as Roberts tutor.

Amanda is working well with my daughter. Her lessons are planned and engaging. She has chosen a level to start with that is building my daughter’s confidence. Amanda is enthusiastic and encouraging. My daughter looks forward to her lessons with her.
