I am an experienced secondary school Mathematics teacher (20 years). I have taught all ages and abilities. I have also taught Functional Skills level 1 and 2 at a college of further education.
I have taught primary Mathematics and tutored for 11+ and 13+ examinations.
As any teacher I enjoy helping students to make connections with their learning, actively moving them forward, helping them to reflect on what they have already learnt and giving them the confidence to move forward and succeed; a lot of times with Mathematics it is about giving students confidence.
I love teaching, enabling students and giving them a sense of achievement and I trust I make a difference to all students.
I have 3 grown up children and 3 granddaughters.

Availability: Evenings 4.30pm onwards

Willing to travel: 5 miles

I teach KS3, GCSE and A level (Core and Decision}.
I have taught Functional Skils Mathematics.
I have tutored for the grammar school exam and have tutored IGCSE.
