I am a teacher who specialises in teaching adults and I can help you if you need support in any of the following areas:

Spanish for beginners: Specialist in teaching Spanish to adult beginners using a method that I have devised and used successfully with dozens of students. This method introduces key concepts and vocabulary in a way that is easy to understand. You will learn ideas in context, will create sentences, and will start speaking Spanish straight away. This is supported by dialogues and other materials.

Spanish for primary teachers: If you want to use (or already use) Spanish in your classroom but need support in speaking, listening, or grammar, get in touch and I`ll give you the advice and support you need to use Spanish effectively with your pupils in your classroom. Lessons will be tailored to your needs and requirements.

Academic English, Writing and study skills: Whether English is your first language or not, studying and writing for university can be difficult. I can give you support with your study and research skills, presentations, essay-writing (including references and citations), and more. Whatever you need support with in relation to your university studies, please get in touch and see how I can support you.

Psychology, Sociology, Criminology: If you are are studying any of these subjects at college or university and are having difficulty in understanding key theories or ideas or their practical applications, get in touch and I will help you. We will discuss the idea or theory and consider its applications, strengths, limitations, and supporting research.

Experience: have more than 10 years of experience teaching adults. I have taught:

* English to adults in Spain from beginner to advanced
* English to foreigners in a community centre in Glasgow
* General English, Academic English, English for Business, and English for Teachers online to people from all over the world (Spain, France, Italy, China, Japan, Thailand, Russia, Ukraine, Germany, Belarus)
* Spanish in local communities in the greater Glasgow area
* Psychology at FE college and one-to-one tuition
* Research skills and study methods at university
*Criminology and sociology modules at university (including Introduction to Social Research, History of Crime and Punishment, Foundations of Quantitative Research Methods, and Criminological Foundations).

I have also marked and proofread hundreds of university essays so I know exactly what makes a great essay stand out. So, you will receive help and guidance from an experienced college and university teacher.

I also have a Bachelor`s degree in Psychology and a Master`s degree in Community Education from the University of Glasgow.
