I am currently a teacher at a primary school in south London. I have an undergraduate Bachelor of Honours degree in Music and Media Management. I then went on to study for a post-graduate certificate in Education. This is where I qualified as a primary school teacher with QTS allowing me to teach ages 5-11. I am very flexible and have a good understanding of different requirements when it comes to learning and I am able to tailor my approach accordingly. I am very approachable with a friendly aura, making my students feel comfortable. I believe that learning should be an enjoyable experience, allowing children to make progress at their own pace.

Experience: Experience: I have previous experience as a tutor as well as working as a teacher. This has provided me with a breadth of knowledge about different learning styles. I have taught children of varying abilities and catered to the needs of children with learning difficulties, special educational needs and gifted and talented children. I have excellent communication abilities, and have a good knowledge of academic content and practices in line with the National Curriculum. These experiences have provided me with the ability to adapt my skills to work one on one, in small groups or in a classroom situation tailoring my approach to different levels of ability.
