I am an AQA Examinations Assessor and an experienced teacher and professional with a passion for teaching students /adults or those with learning difficulty to achieve great success.

As a Director of a Saturday School, I understand the importance of catering to everyone`s individual needs, ensuring the right support is given and a conducive environment is maintained.

My subjects are: English Language and/or English Literature (KS1 - KS4), including NON VERBAL REASONING, SATS prep, GCSE Prep, Reception & Year 1 Phonics revision. We provide competent Maths Tutors GCSE/SATS levels to guarantee good pass results.

Experience: I have a Teacher`s Education ‘CREDIT PASS’ CERT. ED qualification, a BA Degree in Social Sciences with English(University of the West Indies), an MA Degree in Housing Studies (SouthBank University), PG Dip. Housing Studies.

I have over fifteen years experience of private tutoring and six years of formal teaching. I have taught both abroad and in the UK students from Year 7 - Year 13/sixth form level.

I have experience of working with tutoring agencies and have taught students of all ages preparing them for SATS, ENTRANCE EXAMS, NVR, GCSE EXAMS, writing UNIVERSITY PAPERS.

Tutoring experience is vast but below a few examples to include:

• Tutored a GCSE student English in 2013/2014, he gained an A* from level C in year 10 & 11.
• Tutored two year 11 students this year English, both passed one received grade B and the other an A* grade.

• In 2014 taught a Year 11 student who failed English the previous year. He received a B grade.

• Teaching revision and preparation for exams currently to year 9 student

• Teach English to Year 7 student whose first language is chinese. She passed her SATS exam this year with a level 5B.

• Taught English to Year 6 student in 2014/2015 who passed SATS exam with a level 4A.He was struggling in English at primary school.

• Teach English to Year 6 student in preparation for SATS in 2016.
