I have teaching experience in various teaching positions in schools as a supply teacher, colleges and Adult education institutions over West Midlands, Staffordshire, and teaching age groups years 7 – 11 up to adults in Mathematics, Information Technology, Science and Design technology. I provided teaching to classrooms of 30+ learners.
The teaching of designated pupils and undertaking associated pastoral duties as well as other general responsibilities in the schools as agreed with the Headteacher, having full regard for the school’s ethos. Teaching pupils according to their individual needs, including the planning, preparation, and assessment of work in line with the agreed policies of the school. Monitoring and being responsible for the use of teaching resources provided for the class. Implementing equal opportunities and maintaining the discipline and behavior policy of the institution. From February 2009 until now I am teaching in the Adult and Family scheme with the Sandwell council. I teach Year 5, 6 primary school pupils and parents together in the same class to pass leve1, level 2, or GCSE Numeracy. I am teaching Gifted and talented children in the Adult and family learning scheme with the Sandwell council. Teaching Managing Personal Finance Course Level 1 (City & Guilds), with Sandwell Adult and family learning.
Key skills include high adaptability and a strong ability to work under pressure, having worked successfully in a wide range of teaching environments. Confident in delivery, planning, and administration of the British Curriculum and working to acquire new skills, experience, and continuous improvement for both myself and my students.
