I have a Bachelor of Education (Honours) degree in primary education and the National Professional Qualification for Headship. I have over 25 years of successful and outstanding experience as a class teacher and senior leader in primary schools. As Headtecher Ofsted judged my primary school to be Outstanding.

I have excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum. I have a proven track record of children passing 11+ and 12+ and gaining entry into grammar school.

Experience: I offer tuition for Key Stage 1 and 2 (5 to 11-year-olds) for all abilities in phonics, reading, writing, maths, grammar punctuation and spelling. Preparation for KS1 and KS2 SATs, Year 4 Multiplication Tables Check. I suppport your children with their home learning.

I work with your child in a patient and calm manner whilst being ‘fair, firm, friendly and fun.’ I adapt my teaching, learning and assessment style to meet the needs of your child. I ensure that your child learns new skills, concepts and deepen their knowledge to be a confident successful learner and achieve their full potential.
