I have graduated with a First Class Honours from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where I studied Economics. At A-Level I studied Maths, Further Maths, Chemistry and Economics. I have 9A*s at GCSE, 5As at AS Level (with a 95 ums average across my 6 maths modules including Further Maths), and 2 A*s and 2As at A2 Level.

I believe teaching is extremely fundamental in simplifying very complex ideas and concepts and so I really focus on explaining challenging ideas to students through basic examples. For me, making other people learn or at least understand an idea they didn`t previously understand is very rewarding. For this reason I voluntarily am a maths mentor at school where I help students from all years with either additional maths or general curriculum maths they are finding difficult. Additionally I run chemistry club and a chemistry clinic which involves teaching any students which find difficulties in the subject.

As a budding economist, I am now very aware of the application process in terms of university and so I can also supply helpful advice for Economics admission, as well as help students prepare for Economics A Level.

Availability: Saturday and Sunday 10am onwards

Experience: I am currently a maths mentor in school and as I work with students of different ages I`ve learned to make complex ideas more simplistic so they are easier to understand. Also I run chemistry club which sees me help a range of students with understanding confusing concepts. Additionally, I act as an Economics mentor for year 12 aiding them in constructing a solid base for their understanding of key ideas in Economics.
Lastly, as a student, I`ve faced the same problems with difficult concepts and confusing ideas, so I know how to overcome these hurdles.
