Information about Lorrell
I am a kind, caring and motivational teacher who strives for all children to achieve above and beyond. I believe every child can learn when lessons are tailored for them.
Availability: I am available during school hours, after school and evenings. I can offer weekend sessions (£35 per hour) and school holiday sessions too.
Willing to travel: 8 miles
Experience: I have been a primary school teacher since 2010 and currently teach a Year 6 class. I have experience of teaching across the Primary key stages.
I trained at Roehampton University for 3 years in Primary Education with a specialism in maths.
I have had the opportunity to support gifted and talented children as well as children with a range of special educational needs.
In the past I have tutored children from Years 1 - 6 in maths and English. I have also tutored many children to help prepare them for the 11+. I am happy to tutor in person or online. I am happy to work 1:1 or in small groups (for this, the fee would be discussed prior to the session).

Lorrell has been amazing for my 10 year old daughter. My daughter can take a while to come out of her shell but from the first lesson Lorrell came to our house and she sat down and asked my daughter why she wanted to do her 11+ and from there she has started to prepare my daughter. I highly recommend Lorrell if you are looking for a tutor

Lorrell is a great teacher.
Makes lessons fun. My daughter`s confidence has really grown in the last few weeks and she is starting to enjoy maths, which she never has done since starting school.
