Information about Jessica
I was born in England but have spent a lot of time in France both on holiday and living and working there at different times. My mother is half French and as such I have always had a love of French and other languages. I am a modern languages teacher of French (up to A-Level) and Spanish (up to GCSE). I am also a qualified EFL teacher. I have a degree from Bath University in French with Italian and European Studies. I completed my PGCE in London in 2007 with French being my primary language and Spanish as an additional language. Im currently teaching French at a prep school to pupils aged 3-11years. I am also a mother to three young children.
Availability: I will be available face to face on Monday and Wednesday during the school day from September onwards. I can do some online lessons during the week between 7:30-8:30pm.
Willing to travel: 10 miles
Experience: I have taught in both State and Private schools as head of modern languages (French and Spanish) over the course of 9 years. I have also tutored French in London/France (to English natives) and taught English as a foreign language in France and Oxford.

Jess has been an enormous help getting our two 5yr-old boys to start thinking about French and being able to greet people, introduce themselves and express preferences. After just a few sessions they`re already well on their way with some essential vocab, and are looking forward to trying it all out on the locals when we next head to France.
