I`m a Medical student at University. I enjoy teaching other students and believe I can help them reach their potential using my skills and techniques which are modified to the students` choice.My approach to tutoring has been built up from my many tutoring experiences. I have a range of pupils who have all learnt in different ways and strategies. I believe it is important to firstly listen to the aims and targets of the student and understand their weaknesses initially and build on their strengths. I also adapt my teaching to the students needs. Therefore I can provide a wide range of resources such as worksheets, revision timetable, lots of notes, booklets of tips and tricks and many more.

My main aim is to help the tutee understand the concepts so they don`t have to memorise too much and help them to apply their knowledge so that they can tackle any exam question scenario whilst feeling confident. That`s why I use a lot of past exam questions and mini tests to help reinforce their learning. Lastly I`m always available for the student to email me any questions or queries in between lessons.

- INTERVIEW PREPARATION, BOTH PANEL AND MMI

Experience: I have been tutoring for over 3 years now. My previous experience of tutoring include KS2/3, Eleven Plus (all exam boards), GCSE and AS and A2 students. I am up to date with the amendments made to specifications and marking styles of each exam board. I have tutored AQA, edexcel and OCR students but I believe most exam boards are similar in terms of content so I am willing to teach other exam boards too. The average success rate (i.e the grade or level wanted by the tutee) is: 95%
