Education and learning for me is engaging, challenging and a varied role that I am passionate about. I believe that the classroom environment should be inclusive, positive, supportive but challenging and sets high but realistic expectations for all. The classroom is a place where the pupils` knowledge is nurtured and their potential developed, whilst also reflecting on the pupils religious and cultural background, building upon their prior knowledge.
