I am a fully qualified teacher with experience teaching secondary, primary and special needs. I am also a certified Apple teacher, NTP registered and a qualified Computing lead.

As an educator I am extremely patient and flexible. I focus on building a strong rapport with my students and adapting the lesson to suit their needs. I feel each lesson should be both challenging and enjoyable and I try to bring whatever hobby the student has - football, chess, reading, dance etc - into the subject matter. This allows me to engage the student through their own interests and encourages them to learn.

I feel teaching should be about inspiring the student to learn, and that is what I aim to do.

Availability: Weekdays - 5pm until 9pm
Weekends - 11am - 6pm

Willing to travel: 15 miles

Experience: I am a qualified primary school teacher with experience teaching across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. I am extremely skilled at delivering lessons in both Maths and English, regularly seeing rapid progress with the children I work with. I am trained in Singapore Maths and Talk 4 Writing which are both widely used in schools across the country now.

Furthermore, as a former teaching assistant, I have also gained experience working in both high schools and special needs schools.

As a person, I am friendly, patient and have a good sense of humour. I will ensure that your child is making progress academically whilst also ensuring that they`re happy during their tutoring sessions.
