Hi, my name is Junior and I am a second-year UCL student studying Natural Sciences. I managed to get results of A*A*A at A-Level in Chemistry, Maths and Physics respectively.
Having started school late in Year 11 and getting a grade 6/6 in Combined Science and grade 5 in Maths in my first set of mock exams, I understand what it feels like to struggle in Maths and Science and feeling as though there is nothing you can do. Despite this, I managed to pull myself together and through many trials and errors, I managed to pull through and get a grade 8 in GCSE Maths as well as a 9/9 in Combined Science. Likewise, during my A-levels, I needed to find new and more effective ways of learning to enable me to perform to the best of my abilities.
Science is something that is always all around us. No matter where you look in life there is always an application of science to be found. Being able to understand the many marvellous things that life has to offer through science is the principal reason I chose to study natural sciences at university. Furthermore, there is nothing more satisfying than being able to find the solution to a difficult problem and the joy garnered from it is immeasurable. I hope to instill this passion for science in all my pupils and do so in a way in which they truly understand the material.

Availability: I am available anytime throughout the week Monday-Saturday except for Tuesday afternoons. Experience: In Year 12 I had the opportunity to tutor Year 11 students in GCSE Maths via an organization called Team Up. With my pupils, I was able to get them from grade 4s to grade 5s/6s in a matter of 3 months. My pupils were able to see massive growth in their understanding of mathematical concepts and were delighted in the improvement they had made under my tutelage.
