Information about Grace
I graduated from Cambridge University in 2015 after reading natural sciences, specialising in biochemistry. I am currently in the second year of my PhD, researching pancreatic cancer.
I studied biology, chemistry, physics, maths, and further maths at A-level.
I tutored for the Kumon Mathematics programme for 6 years, gaining experience of tutoring pupils with a wide range of abilities.
Availability: Evenings on week days and Sunday evening.
Willing to travel: 5 miles
Experience: I was a Kumon Maths tutor for 6 years prior to going to University.

Grace is absolutely brilliant. She is super enthusiastic and engaging and my daughter is now understanding the Higher biology course. Grace explains things in various ways with passion and patience. Very happy.

We have found Miss McGregor to be an enthusiastic tutor for our 15 year old. She is thorough in her work practices and is extremely polite. She understands what my daughter does not and gives clear instruction. She She always arrives (and leaves) on time. We are pleased with our daughters progress.

Grace, worked with my son who was sitting his Higher Physics. Grace was polite,very punctual and very down to earth. My son has severe Dyslexia and can struggle with different teaching approaches, Grace was excellent, put my son at ease from the very first session with her, she explained things in away that he could process at his own speed. Grace has a very professional approach to tutoring, which is great news for parents as we place a great deal of trust in them with our children, but also has an ability to put that child at ease with her teaching methods. We will be keeping in touch with Grace when my son returns to school for his advance Higher"s. Thank you Grace for putting my son at ease during a very stressful time.
