Information about Elisabeth
I am an enthusiastic and experienced tutor and teacher in Maths and English. I have over 15 years teaching and tutoring experience ranging from KS2 to KS4. I teach face-to-face lessons and also online lessons. I am a fully qualified and experienced teacher. I gained my PGCE at Homerton College with a specialism in Mathematics in 2008 and also hold a BAEd in Education. In addition to private tuition I also work for two tutoring companies part time.
I teach Maths from KS2 to KS4 and English from KS2 to KS3. I have many years experience in helping students gain confidence and competence in their learning. I have over 15 years of experience in tutoring students to reach their full potential in KS2-KS4. I have also worked with many pupils helping them to achieve above expected level in SATs, pass 11+ exams (including international students), and obtain outstanding results in GCSE maths (foundation and higher). I have also tutored students who have obtained successful applications to: The Perse, Cambridge; The Leys, Cambridge; Stephen Perse, Cambridge; Kimbolton, Cambridgeshire; Cheltenham Ladies` College, Cheltenham. I have also taught students from overseas.
I also have experience with a range of SEN. One of the tutoring companies I work for specializes in providing education for children who are out of school for various reasons.
My approach to teaching is creative and flexible. As a tutor and teacher it is important to me to get to know the student take into account their individual learning styles and work on their strengths. I love helping students to achieve their full potential by providing a positive and supportive learning environment.
Availability: Mostly after school, evenings and some mornings. Some school holidays.

Experience: I have over fifteen years experience teaching and tutoring from KS2 to KS4. I have worked in a mainstream school setting, for two private tutoring company and also as a self employed tutor. I have a thorough understanding of the national curriculum and what is expected in each year group. I also have experience of tutoring pupils to pass their 11+ exams, with excellent success rates (almost 100%).

Elisabeth is a very nice and experience English teacher. My girl will be in Y5 after this summer, she helps a lot on reading skills and comprehension work. Lovely to have Elisabeth and highly recommended
