Experience: I have gained an interest working with children when I started tutoring friends and family since 2012. To be able to help children has always made me feel like I was doing something useful and feel good that they are being supported. My own personal experience has allowed me to gain insight on how to communicate with people from all backgrounds, as I have looked after my family friend with autism. This experience has fuelled my drive to become an individual working with families and children. Ever since I started to work in places where I am able to help better people. I am passionate in my commitment to three things: maximizing individual student performance, inspiring students’ interest in technology and instilling a sense of self-worth among all students.

I aim to provide effective classroom management, creative lesson plans, detailed student evaluations. As an enthusiastic worker, I have learnt a lot from working with different environments which broadens my knowledge and helped me gained a lot of experience.
