I have over 2 years of tutoring experience and have helped many students achieve excellent GCSE and A level grades. I am a first year medical student studying at the University of East Anglia and am very familiar with the importance of exams and the stress it brings as I have had to jump through many hoops to get to where I am today! My main goal as a tutor is to help my students achieve their goals, no matter what they are and to hopefully get them to enjoy their subject as it makes the learning process so much easier!


- I achieved 7A* 3A`s at GCSE and A*AAA at A level.
- I have tutored a variety of subjects including Maths, English, Biology, Chemistry and Physics.
- I have an adaptive skill set which means that I can tailor my teaching style to each student so that they can make the most progress.
- Over the past 2 years I have learnt to build strong relationships with my students so we can work together to help them achieve their goals.
- I have helped students achieve excellent GCSE and A level grades in the past and they have said that my lessons are fun, engaging and rewarding.
- I am skilled at establishing my students individual learning needs and tailoring lessons to ensure they can make as much progress as possible.

Experience: - I have tutored many A level and GCSE students in a range of subjects for over 2 years.
- I have helped students go from a grade 6 to a grade 8 in all GCSE sciences
- I have just sat a Biology A level in October and achieved an A grade. So my knowledge of the Biology A level syllabus is still very fresh
- Over the 2 years, I have improved my students confidence in their abilities and their enjoyment towards the subject

How my lessons would run:
- My lessons vary between students as I am very flexible in my teaching style. It is entirely up to the student on how they would like to be taught. But generally, my lessons would run as follows.
- I would run my lesson online or in person, based on the distance between myself and the tutee.
- The lessons would consist of questions and answers, fun quizzes and frequent testing of core knowledge.
- My teaching style is relaxed and very flexible as I can tailor my style to each individual tutee based on their specific needs.
- Majority of the time would be spent on making sure the understanding of the subject is there as GCSE’s and A Levels require students to apply the students’ knowledge to a variety of questions.
- I would also spend lots of time practicing questions as they are the best way to practice exam technique which a textbook cannot teach you.
