This tutor booked a lesson with me and then kept me waiting for 2 hours, messaged me that she is running late and then when i tried calling she didn`t reply to my call or any messages and then she replied that she is very close to my home and would be here soon. at the end she kept me waiting and she never came. Such a waste of my time.

Rubina is an excellent tutor. She is gentle and calm, which is exactly what my child needs. The site is fine, but it was a bit frustrating that I could not get location of tutor until I paid. This needs to be looked into. Thank you.
