I am a positive, friendly, kind and approachable person and throughout my experience as a teacher I have always built very strong relationships with my pupils. I believe in celebrating successes and working through weaknesses, setting realistic and achievable targets to build your child`s confidence, to overcome their barriers and achieve their goals. Learning should be fun and engaging, so I will plan activities that will stretch their abilities while motivating them to keep going when they are struggling.

Experience: I have a BA from the University of Warwick in English and Philosophy, followed by a PGCE in Primary Education from University College London. I have many years teaching experience both in inner-London schools and more recently teaching in an international school in Quito, Ecuador. I also have experience leading Key Stage 1 and Assessment. I have worked with children with a variety of Special Educational Needs as well as children who are gifted and talented, so I am confident to plan and teach for a variety of different abilities.
