Hi, I’m Anna, an experienced tutor with a BA from the University of Cambridge in History.

I have three years of experience tutoring English, Verbal Reasoning, and History - for students of all abilities from Key Stage 2 through to undergrad. I also spent last year teaching English in China at one of the best schools in Beijing, so have classroom experience and confidence from this!

I’m am currently tutoring English and VR to four students who are sitting the 11+ and 13+ for Wycombe Abbey, Eton King’s Scholarship, QE boys, Latymer and Hampton - and am very familiar ISEB common entrance exams.

I charge £30/hour, and offer the first half hour free as a trial lesson for you to see my teaching style and ability. The hourly rate includes extra resources, power-points and notes, reading, homework setting and marking - to continue learning at home and out-of-hour support via email.

Availability: I tutor all week, so can be flexible depending on my weekly schedule. I am currently tutoring by video call with virtual whiteboard. I am fully DBS checked and am based in Kew, West London. I’m happy to send over any other documents you may need (references from current tutees, passport scan, DBS, degree certificate, cv).

I have also just returned from teaching English in China, at one of the best schools in Beijing. I volunteered as an English Language Teacher for a Cambridge based charity, OSCA. As part of a team of six, I was responsible for the running of the camps and teaching English to 120 Chinese children aged 10-16.
