I am a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry with 30 years experience of teaching Chemistry to GCSE and A Level with outstanding results. I pride myself on enabling students to achieve top grades and for much of my career I have coached potential applicants for Medicine, Dentistry and Veterinary Medicine.

An excellent classroom practitioner, I am passionate about the potential that a first-class academic education has for the good of both individuals and society. My educational philosophy is clear and simple: that there is brilliance waiting to be uncovered in every pupil and the key to success is the quality of the teaching that they experience. No matter what technological advances there are, I firmly believe that the relationship between teacher and pupil, the subject knowledge and the enthusiasm of the teacher is crucial to success.
