Highly enthusiastic and professional teacher with a record of excellent teaching for students at all attainment levels. Proficient at using a range of strategies to enhance learning (including diagnostic questioning, variation theory and goal-free problems).

Experience: I am a former secondary school mathematics teacher with three years` experience. I worked in Hertfordshire and then West London, teaching students from Year 7 to Year 13 (ages 11 to 18).
I worked as `Mathematics Mastery Coordinator` at my first school, supporting the implementation of a highly rigorous Key Stage 3 (ages 11 to 14) curriculum in a school with mixed abilities in these year groups.
In my second school I was `Key Stage 4 Coordinator` responsible for overseeing the implementation of the GCSE curriculum for students in Years 10 and 11 (ages 14 to 16).
I also undertook the Oxford MAT and the STEP II and III papers during my own education and have supported students preparing to complete these papers, as well as delivering practice academic interviews to Oxbridge applicants for mathematics.
