I have been working as a full-time tutor since August 2020, after being a KS2 teacher in London for 13 years but I have been tutoring children part-time for 5 years. I enjoy working one-to-one, giving that extra support towards academic independence.

I currently have 14 children that I tutor from Year 1 up to Year 8. I teach arithmetic, maths reasoning, reading comprehension, grammar, spelling, creative writing, SATs and homework support, and 7+ /11+ exam preparation.

I have a relaxed, friendly manner, building strong, positive relationships with children and parents.

I studied at Goldsmiths University where I obtained a 2:1 in Education with QTS.

Availability: I am currently available during the day and early evening for the Summer break while children are not at school. I usually tutor for one hour.

In September, I will have to check my schedule. I will probably have some more slots available.

Willing to travel: 5 miles

Experience: I have been tutoring primary aged children since 2015 in maths, English and 7+/11+ with success in passing Eltham College entry requirements.

In schools, I have taught Year 3, 4, 5 and 6. In tutoring, I am teaching Year 1, 2, 3,4, 6 and Year 8. I am supporting the secondary student with her weekly homework in all subjects.
