Information about Elizabeth
I am a friendly, welcoming and patient qualified Physics teacher looking for opportunities outside the usual class based teaching. I have over 10 years experience working with children, covering a wide range of age, ability and behaviour.
I understand that every student has a different learning style and I base my tutoring around this, personalising each lesson to the student and helping them to access and utilise their personal skill base and develop many more.
Availability: I live in Manchester city centre and I will be driving by the end of October 2017. Until then I am willing to tutor within my home or travel to the students home if this is accessible via public transport.
My hours are flexible but and my rate is negotiable between £20 - £30/hr depending on travel costs. I am able to work with children of all ages and abilities and I will provide my own text AQA text books for Science GCSE of which the children may borrow for additional studies.

Experience: I am a Physics graduate from The University of Manchester and a Science PGCE graduate from Manchester Metropolitan University.
I have had:
- 18 months teaching experience within Secondary schools teaching Physics, Chemistry and Biology at GCSE
- 2 weeks Primary school experience teaching English, Maths and Science
- 6 months tutoring experience from KS3 - A-level teaching all Sciences
- 2 months tutoring experience from KS3 - KS4 teaching Maths
