I am a Second Year Medical Student at the University of Liverpool and I have just completed my Biology, Maths and Chemistry A levels, achieving A* A* A respectively. I have mentored several peers during my time at Colchester County High School for Girls and have led my schools Medical Society, where we have provided advice and resources for aspiring medics.

I was selected to represent my school as a Head Girl, where I have had the opportunity to work with those in younger years and I really enjoy helping people to achieve their full potential and feel more confident with their studies. After sitting the 11+, multiple end of year exams and studying A - Levels during COVID-19, I have had the opportunity to widen my range of learning skills and I can`t wait to share the resources I have made with my students.

In my free time, I enjoy playing the clarinet, and have been a member of the National Childrens Orchestra and National Youth Orchestras - I have found it has been really helpful to take time off to do extra-curricular activities to have a balanced lifestyle!

As a tutor, I will first ask the student what areas of a topic they struggle in, so that an initial target can be set. I would also provide out of session work that will be aimed at either advancing the student`s understanding of a topic or in aiding myself to gauge the student`s ability at an upcoming topic.

I am patient and willing to be flexible with my teaching to best suit each individual, I understand that each student learns in different ways. I am looking forward to offering my full support.
