I have a range of strategies to support children in achieving their full potential and overcoming barriers to their learning. I have a good understanding of assessments and can show progress effectively. I am passionate about teaching and i feel that children can move forward with their learning once the gaps have been identified. I have always built positive relationships with children and i know how to motivate them to learn. I am aware of the end of year expectations and have good knowledge of the curriculum.

Experience: I am an Assistant Head teacher at a primary school based in Essex. I am currently teaching Year 6 English and Maths. Over the years, I have taught across all age groups at primary level and i have experience in preparing children for KS1 and KS2 SATS. In addition to this i have tutored children in Y7 and Y8 for Maths, Reading and writing. I have just started tutoring children to prepare them for the 7 plus and 11 plus.
