I am currently a further education teacher in the West Midlands, specialising in English. Presently, I teach both English Language GCSE and Functional Skills English (E3-L2) but I have experience in Creative Writing, English Literature and Psychology.

I am an examiner for the AQA 8700 English Language syllabus and have been since the syllabus began in 2017.

I am an avid writer and have a Masters degree in Writing from Birmingham City University. I was one of the editors of the annual English department anthology and had my own work published within it, which I presented as part of the Birmingham Literary Festival in 2015.
