Information about Louise
I am an experienced guitar player, playing since the age of 8 in a range of styles and performance bands. I am a fully qualified teacher of education for 11 years. I have held a passion for music since I was encouraged to play by my parents and music opened up so many opportunities and skills for me, I really do encourage everyone to learn to play an instrument!

Experience: I have been playing the guitar since the age of 8 and am experienced in Electric, Bass, Acoustic and some Uke! I have been performing in bands for 15 years and continue to be part of an active band in both the local and national areas. I am heavily involved in the music industry where I have organised successful music events, produced music videos and marketing materials and, worked in a popular music studio in the local area.
I am a qualified teacher and have been teaching in across levels 1, 2 and 3 in Media and Film studies for the past 11 years. My first degree is in History and Social Science with a rich background in historical background. My experience in media in film is broad and covers all areas of theory and practical where I focus on understanding the technical and theoretical elements of the industry. I am highly experienced in design and production using both Premier Pro and Final Cut Pro, as well as print based media utilising the Adobe Creative Suite. I have experience of A Level, BTEC and UAL specifications as well as WJEC/Equdas examination boards. My historical experience is of A Level specifications including Ancient, Modern and Early Modern eras, focusing on the identification and interpretation of sources and information, constructing debates and analysis of posed questions as well as encouraging fresh interpretation of events and periods.
I am committed to all areas of education and thoroughly enjoy teaching and facilitating learning.
