I have achieved grades 8-9 in GCSE and A*AA at A-level in the subjects of Psychology, Biology and Chemistry. I have extensive experience in the sciences both as a student and a tutor. Science is a very fascinating subject that has its complexity but can be understood when the right teacher with the right attitude is able to simplify the various concepts.

My sessions will begin with a brief discussion with my student in order for me to get to know the student, their experience and what they want from their tutoring journey as l believe it is important to establish a good rapport with the student to maximise their learning experience. I then will proceed to come up with a tailored plan with the student regarding what they want to achieve at the end of their tutoring with me.

I will deliver my sessions in the subjects of A-level and GCSE Biology, Chemistry and Psychology. I have personal experience with the AQA exam board but l am able to teach other exam boards to. I will deliver sessions using my own PowerPoint`s and questions using a digital whiteboard to explain concepts and to make sure the session is as interactive as possible, as I will be delivering them online. I believe in order for a student to enjoy learning it is paramount we as tutors explain very complicated topics in simplified ways and that is something that I aim to achieve when tutoring my students. For each student that may require a different learning style such as teaching concepts and then focusing on questions or providing questions and then working through concepts.
