Information about Delakchiya
I am currently a second year student studying BSc Financial Mathematics and Statistics at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). I will be available to teach maths up to GCSE.
Willing to travel: Home Only
Experience: I have taught maths to students aged from 6-16. This includes teaching maths for charity as well as teaching at a school for a 10 week programme through my university. I have worked with children aged from 3 to 16 when I taught at my local Tamil school which means I will be able to adapt my teaching techniques to meet the requirements of my students. For example, if my student is a visual learner, I will be sure to utilise visual aids to help them retain knowledge better. I will ensure that I consolidate their knowledge and fill in any gaps in their understanding whilst making the lesson as fun as possible! :)
